That Council approve an expenditure in the amount of $16,672 from Capital Project Reserve Fund to purchase a replacement mobile lift for pool access.

BACKGROUND:
During 2022 annual pool shutdown a routine inspection of the mobile lift was completed. The inspection revealed that the lift is 16 years old and has surpassed its expected lifecycle. The lift model is now obsolete and replacement parts are no longer available.
ISSUES:
1. Rationale for Selected Option
Pool facility is currently in shutdown and lift replacement is required to provide access to those with physical disabilities. Budget approval is required to ensure appropriate service levels.
