Recommendation
That Council gives first, second and third reading to Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw, 2014, No. 2839, Amendment Bylaw [No.6], 2018, No. 2917.

STRATEGIC RELEVANCE:
Operational Strategy - Review Township policies and bylaws to ensure efficient processes; amend and update as necessary.
BACKGROUND:
As a result of an examination of the Installation of Lock-Boxes Bylaw, 2013, No. 2797, it was discovered that Bylaw 2797 is not included under a schedule of the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw, 2014, No. 2839, as amended.
ISSUES:
1. Rationale for Selection Option
This amendment adds Schedule "T" to Bylaw No. 2797, thus allowing Bylaw Notice tickets to be used as a means of enforcement of Bylaw No. 2797. A Bylaw Notice ticket is the primary enforcement tool used within the Township.
2. Organizational Implications
Use of a Bylaw Notice ticket will improve efficiency of the enforcement of Bylaw No. 2797.

There are no sustainability and environmental implications.
5. Communication & Engagement
A copy of the amended Bylaw will be posted to the Township website for the public's information.
ALTERNATIVES:
1. That Council gives first, second and third reading to Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw, 2014, No. 2839, Amendment Bylaw [No.6], 2018, No. 2917.
2. That Council directs any amendments it considers appropriate to Bylaw No. 2917 prior to giving it first, second and third readings as amended.
