Officers Bylaw, 2011, No. 2777
STRATEGIC RELEVANCE:
This is relevant to staff’s operational strategy of ongoing policy and bylaw review.
BACKGROUND:
Since the Officers Bylaw was passed in 2011, there has been one amendment, to add new director positions to the Bylaw, following Council approved corporate reorganization. This would ensure that the Director of Human Resources is for all purposes an Officer of the Township, which is in keeping with the other Director positions in the Township.
ISSUES:

2. Organizational Implications
There are no organizational implications.
3. Financial Implications
There are no financial implications.
4. Sustainability & Environmental Implications
There are no sustainability or environmental implications.
5. Communication & Engagement
Upon adoption, a copy of the amended Bylaw will be provided to all Officers of the Township.
