SUBJECT: 2026 Draft Budget Update
INFORMATION:
During the Committee of the Whole Meeting held February 9, 2026, staff were asked to provide additional information regarding potential service level reductions and the impacts these would have. This information is provided in separate staff reports prepared by each Director and the presentation attached to this memorandum is intended to summarize the budget amounts and the potential financial impacts of any reductions to the financial plan.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation
That Council provide direction to staff regarding the 2026-2030 Financial Plan and the potential removal of budget items discussed in the staff reports presented on the March 2, 2026 Council agenda.
