INFORMATION:
At the Regular meeting of Council on September 9, 2024, Council approved the following resolution:
“That Council give first, second, and third reading to Council Procedure Bylaw, 2022, No. 3081, Amendment Bylaw, 2024, No. 3145.”
As required by the Community Charter sections 124 (3) and 94, public notice was given in accordance with Public Notice Bylaw, 2024, No. 3136.
Council is requested to give final reading and adopt Council Procedure Bylaw, 2022, No. 3081, Amendment Bylaw, 2024, No. 3145.
