SUBJECT: 899 Esquimalt Road Development Variance Permit DVP00189 Withdrawn
INFORMATION:
At the Special Council meeting held September 14, 2026, Council considered the application for a development variance permit DVP00189 at 899 Esquimalt Road to accommodate the lease of unit 101 [Strata Lot 68] for a temporary leasing office as outlined in Staff Report No. DEV-26-039. At that meeting Council postponed further consideration of the application to the meeting scheduled on September 21, 2026.
The applicant has subsequently formally withdrawn the application for development variance permit DVP00189 and as such no further Council consideration is necessary.

Recommendation
That Council receive Staff Report No. ADM-26-049 for information.
