SUBJECT:                      Adoption of Zoning Bylaw, 1992, No. 2050, Amendment Bylaw, 2023, No. 3121 - 1232-1234 Juno Street

 

INFORMATION:

 

At the Regular meeting of Council on November 27, 2023, Council approved the following resolution:

“That Council give first, second and third reading to Zoning Bylaw, 1992, No. 2050, Amendment Bylaw, 2023, No. 3121 which would amend the Two Family Residential

[RD -1] zone to permit the use of a Group Children's Day Care Centre located at 1232-1234 Juno St.”

 

Prior to adoption of Bylaw 3121 a Section 219 Covenant to limit the number of children in care to 12 was required to be registered at the Land Title and Survey Authority. This requirement has been completed now authorizing Council to consider adoption. 

 

Council is requested to give final reading and adopt Zoning Bylaw, 1992, No. 2050, Amendment Bylaw, 2023, No. 3121.
