SUBJECT:                      2025 Council Appointments to Internal and External Committees, Commissions, and Boards

 

INFORMATION:

 

As per the Community Charter and Council Procedure Bylaw, 2022, Bylaw No. 3081, annually at the first meeting in November, the Mayor shall review and update the list of Mayor’s appointments for all Committees, Commissions, or other bodies to which the Township is entitled to appoint representatives.

 

The proposed 2025 Council Appointments to Internal and External Committees, Commissions, and Boards are attached to this memorandum as Attachment 1.

 

Should Council wish to approve the proposed appointments, the following motion would be appropriate:

That Council approve the 2025 Council Appointments to Internal and External Committees, Commissions, and Boards as outlined in Staff Report No. ADM-24-072.
