SUBJECT: Adoption of Parks and Recreation Regulation Bylaw, 2007, No. 2665, Amendment Bylaw, 2024, No. 3140
INFORMATION:
At a Council meeting held July 8, 2024, Council rescinded third reading of “Parks and Recreation Regulation Bylaw, 2007, No. 2665, Amendment Bylaw, 2024, No. 3140”; amended Bylaw 3140 to include January 1, 2025 as the effective date under Section 3; and then, gave third reading of Bylaw No. 3140 as amended.
Council is now requested to give final reading to “Parks and Recreation Regulation Bylaw, 2007, No. 2665, Amendment Bylaw, 2024, No. 3140” for the establishment of the Parks and Recreation Fees and Rental charges for 2025.
