SUBJECT:                      Adoption of Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw, 2014, No. 2839, Amendment Bylaw, 2026, No. 3185

 

INFORMATION:

 

At the Regular meeting of Council held March 16, 2026, Council approved the following resolution which will amend the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw, 2014, No. 2839 to restore alignment with recent amendments to related bylaws: 

 

“That Council give three readings to Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw, 2014, No. 2839, Amendment Bylaw, 2026, No. 3185.”

 

Council is now requested to give final reading and adopt Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw, 2014, No. 2839, Amendment Bylaw, 2026, No. 3185.
