SUBJECT:                      2026 Council Appointments to Internal and External Committees, Commissions, and Boards

 

INFORMATION:

 

As per the Community Charter and Council Procedure Bylaw, 2022, Bylaw No. 3081, annually at the first meeting in November, the Mayor shall review and update the list of Mayor’s appointments for all Committees, Commissions, or other bodies to which the Township is entitled to appoint representatives.

 

No changes to the current appointments were proposed for the final year of Council’s current term. The proposed 2026 Council Appointments to Internal and External Committees, Commissions, and Boards are shown in Attachment 1. 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

Recommendation

That Council approve the 2026 Council Appointments to Internal and External Committees, Commissions, and Boards as outlined in Staff Report No. ADM-25-060.
