SUBJECT:                      Adoption of Parks and Recreation Regulation Bylaw, 2007, No. 2665, Amendment Bylaw, 2026, No. 3192

 

INFORMATION:

 

At the Regular meeting of Council on July 6, 2026, Council approved the following resolution:

 

That Council give first, second, and third readings to Parks and Recreation Regulation Bylaw, 2007, No. 2665, Amendment Bylaw, 2026, No. 3192.

 

The purpose of these amendments is to update recreation fees and charges to address inflationary pressures while maintaining a balance between fiscal accountability, access to recreation services, and the current marketplace.

 

Council is requested to give final reading and adopt Parks and Recreation Regulation Bylaw, 2007, No. 2665, Amendment Bylaw, 2026, No. 3192.
