SUBJECT:                      Adoption of Permissive Tax Exemption (Non-Profit Organizations) Bylaw, 2025, No. 3169

 

INFORMATION: At the Regular meeting of Council on October 7, 2025, Council approved the following resolution to provide tax exemptions for certain lands and improvements for the 2026 taxation year 2026:

 

That Council give first, second and third readings to Permissive Tax Exemption (Non-Profit Organizations) Bylaw, 2025, No. 3169 as described in Staff Report FIN-25-009

 

Council is requested to give final reading and adopt Permissive Tax Exemption (Non-Profit Organizations) Bylaw, 2025, No. 3169.

That Council adopt Permissive Tax Exemption (Non-Profit Organizations) Bylaw, 2025, No. 3169.
