That Council give third reading and adopt Zoning Bylaw, 1992, No. 2050, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3161.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The applicant is requesting to permit the additional permitted use of Group Children's Day Care Centre on a property that is zoned RD-1 [Two Family Residential]. This change is required to accommodate the proposed 24-children day care centre.
