SUBJECT:                      Adoption of Freedom of Information Bylaw, 2025, No. 3177.

 

INFORMATION:

 

At the Regular meeting of Council on October 6, 2025, Council approved the following resolution which repeals Freedom of Information Bylaw, 2012, No. 2795, and replaces it with proposed Freedom of Information Bylaw, 2025, No. 3177 to align with the requirements and fees as set out in the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act:

 

“That Council give first, second, and third readings to Freedom of Information Bylaw, 2025, No. 3177.”

 

Council is requested to give final reading and adopt Freedom of Information Bylaw, 2025, No. 3177.
