Below is the 2026 annual meeting schedule for the Environment, Parks, and Recreation Advisory Committee. Please note that meeting dates are subject to change or cancellation.

The above table is also attached to this memorandum as Attachment 1 and will be added to the Advisory Body Resource Library for your convenience.

 

Also attached to this memorandum are informational documents for committee members, including the committee’s Terms of Reference, Code of Conduct for Employees and Council Code of Conduct (both of which also apply to advisory body members), Respectful Workplace Policy, and the Council Procedure Bylaw along with relevant policies and guides to support committee members’ understanding of their role and responsibilities.
