RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation
1. That Council resolves that Housing Agreement (101 Island Highway) Bylaw, 2017, No. 2897, detailed in Schedule "A" of Staff Report DEV-17-070, be adopted.

2. That Council resolves that the Mayor and staff are authorized to execute the Housing Agreement attached as Schedule "A" to Housing Agreement (101 Island Highway) Bylaw, 2017, No. 2897, detailed in Schedule "A" of Staff Report DEV-17-070.

3. That Council resolves that staff, upon execution of the Housing Agreement attached as Schedule "A" to Housing Agreement (101 Island Highway) Bylaw, 2017, No. 2897, attached as Schedule "A" to Staff Report DEV-17-070, be directed to register a notice on the property titles of PID 030-296-625, Lot 1, Section 2, Esquimalt District, Plan 67312 [101 Island Highway], pursuant to Local Government Act, Section 483 (5).
