FROM:                                           Victoria McKean, Committee Coordinator

SUBJECT:                      Membership Update

INFORMATION:

Per Council Policy ADMIN-40 Appointment Process - Advisory Committees, Commissions and Board of Variance, staff began the annual recruitment process in August 2025 by canvassing eligible members on their interest in seeking reappointment.

The following table outlines the current Environment, Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee (EPRAC) membership.

At the close of recruitment, five new applications, excluding requests for re-appointment, were received for the Committee. After appointments are made by Council, staff will provide an update to the Committee.

Staff would like to recognize Lee Mauro and Nathaniel Jones, whose generous contributions of time, expertise, and commitment has meaningfully enriched the Township and strengthened our shared community goals.
