SUBJECT:                      Adoption of Financial Plan and Tax Rates Bylaw Nos. 3180 & 3181

 

INFORMATION:

 

At the Regular meeting of Council on April 27, 2026, Council approved the following resolution:

 

“That Council:

1. Give first, second, and third readings to Financial Plan Bylaw, 2026, No. 3180; and

2. Give first, second, and third readings to Tax Rates Bylaw, 2026, No. 3181.”

 

The purpose of these bylaws is to approve the financial plan which sets out the policies and objectives for the five-year period from 2026-2030, and to impose property value taxes to meet the Township’s obligations.

 

Council is now requested to give final reading and adopt:

1.                     Financial Plan Bylaw, 2026, No. 3180; and

2.                     Tax Rates Bylaw, 2026, No. 3181.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

Recommendation

That Council adopt:

1.                     Financial Plan Bylaw, 2026, No. 3180

2.                     Tax Rates Bylaw, 2026, No. 3181
