SUBJECT:                      Parking Bylaw, 2025, No. 3089

 

INFORMATION:

 

At a meeting held June 9, 2025, Council gave first reading to Parking Bylaw, 2025, No. 3089. At the meeting, Council requested that the draft Parking Bylaw be referred to the Advisory Planning Commission for comment at the next meeting scheduled to be held on June 17th, 2025. The Parking Bylaw is scheduled to receive additional readings at the July 7th Council meeting and may potentially be adopted at the July 21st Council meeting.

 

To assist the Advisory Planning Commission in providing comments on the Parking Bylaw, Staff Report No. DEV-25-022, presented to Council at the June 9th meeting, is provided as Attachment 1 to this memorandum.
