INFORMATION:

 

At the Regular meeting of Council on October 27, 2025, Council gave three readings to Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw, 2014, No. 2839, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3175. The amendments are to revise the list of staff positions that may be appointed as Screening Officers in accordance with section 8 of the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw.

 

Council is now requested to give final reading and adoption to Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw, 2014, No. 2839, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3175.
