SUBJECT: Adoption of Business Licence and Regulation Bylaw, 2024, No. 3144
INFORMATION:
At the Regular meeting of Council on July 22, 2024, Council approved the following resolutions:
1. That Council give first reading to Business Licence and Regulation Bylaw, 2024, No. 3144.
2. That Council give second reading to Business Licence and Regulation Bylaw, 2024, No. 3144.
3. That Council amend Bylaw 3144 by removing the requirement for hours listed in Section 34.1.
4. That Council give third reading to Business Licence and Regulation Bylaw, 2024, No. 3144 as amended.
Bylaw 3144 has been amended to remove the hours listed in Section 34.1 pertaining to markets held on public land, as resolved by Council.
Council is requested to give final reading and adopt the amended Business Licence and Regulation Bylaw, 2024, No. 3144.
