SUBJECT: Adoption of Council Procedure Bylaw, 2022, No. 3081, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3170
INFORMATION:
At the Regular meeting of Council on October 6, 2025, Council approved the following resolutions:
1. That Council give first reading to Council Procedure Bylaw, 2022, No. 3081, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3170.
2. That Council amend and read a second time Council Procedure Bylaw, 2022, No. 3081, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3170.
3. That Council give third reading to Council Procedure Bylaw, 2022, No. 3081, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3170.
At Council’s direction staff removed amendment 9, 11, 12, and 13 from the Amendment Bylaw No. 3170 (as shown in the superseded draft bylaw in Attachment 2).
Council is requested to give final reading and adopt Council Procedure Bylaw, 2022, No. 3081, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3170.
