SUBJECT: Adoption of Automated Vote Counting System Authorization and Procedures Bylaw, 2022, No. 3069, Amendment Bylaw, 2026, No. 3184.
INFORMATION:
At the Regular meeting of Council on April 27, 2026, Council approved the following resolution:
“That Council give first, second and third readings to Automated Vote Counting System Authorization and Procedures Bylaw, 2022, No. 3069, Amendment Bylaw, 2026, No. 3184”
The purpose of the amendments is to reflect variations in ballot box designs used by different vote counting system providers.
Council is now requested to give final reading and adopt Automated Vote Counting System Authorization and Procedures Bylaw, 2022, No. 3069, Amendment Bylaw, 2026, No. 3184.
