SUBJECT: Amendments to 2025 Council Appointments to Internal and External Committees, Commissions, and Boards
INFORMATION:
At a meeting held February 24, 2025, Mayor and Council signaled that once Council was back to a full membership complement after the conduct of the by-election, that some changes would be brought forward pertaining to the 2025 Council Appointments to Internal and External Committees, Commissions, and Boards.
With the conclusion of the by-election and a new Councillor elected, Mayor Desjardins is proposing that the Council appointments be amended to appoint Councillor Meagan Brame to the bodies and positions as outlined in the table below, replacing the current appointees.

Attachment 1 contains all the Council appointments and includes the amendments proposed in this staff report indicated through track changes. Should Council wish to approve these amendments, the following motion would be appropriate:
That Council approve the amendments to the 2025 Council Appointments to Internal and External Committees, Commissions, and Boards to appoint Councillor Meagan Brame to the bodies and positions as outlined in Staff Report ADM-25-019.
