SUBJECT:                      Adoption of Streets and Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 2017, No. 2898, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3166

 

INFORMATION:

 

At the Special meeting of Council on July 14, 2025, Council approved the following resolution to amend the Streets and Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 2017, No. 2898 in order to delegate the authority to issue Traffic Orders to the Director of Engineering & Public Works:

 

That Council give first, second and third readings to Streets and Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 2017, No. 2898, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3166.

 

Council is requested to give final reading and adopt Streets and Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 2017, No. 2898, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3166.
