SUBJECT:                      Membership Update

 

INFORMATION:

 

This memorandum is to advise the APC Design Review Committee that Alexander Robinson is no longer a member of the Committee. Staff have begun a recruitment process to appoint a new member of the Committee for the remainder of Alexander’s term, until December 31st, 2025. The recruitment process will conclude when a suitable candidate, as per the provisions of Advisory Planning Commission Bylaw, 2012, No. 2792, is found. Once the recruitment process concludes, the new appointee’s term will begin with immediate effect. The Committee will be updated, as appropriate, on the recruitment process.
