SUBJECT:                      Membership Update

 

INFORMATION:

 

Per Council Policy ADMIN-40 Appointment Process - Advisory Committees, Commissions and Board of Variance, staff began the annual recruitment process in August 2025 by canvassing eligible members on their interest in seeking reappointment.

 

The following table outlines the current Advisory Planning Commission Design Review Committee (DRC) membership.

 

At the close of recruitment, four new applications, excluding requests for re-appointment, were received for the DRC.

 

Council has re-appointed Doran Musgrove, AIBC Representative, and Tara Todesco to serve another term on the Committee and has appointed Paul de Greeff as a representative from the BCSLA. The length of all appointments are for two years, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027

 

Staff would like to recognize Chris Windjack, who has served on the Committee as a representative of the BCSLA since 2021. Member Windjack been an excellent representative of the BCSLA and we are thankful for their expertise generously volunteered to our community.

That Staff Report No. DRC-25-015 be received for information.
