SUBJECT: Adoption of Officers Bylaw, 2011, No. 2777, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3154
INFORMATION:
At the Regular meeting of Council on July 7, 2025, Council approved the following resolution which amends the Officers Bylaw, 2011, No. 2777 to designate the Director of Engineering & Public Works as the Township of Esquimalt’s Servicing Officer:
That Council give first, second and third readings to Officers Bylaw, 2011, No. 2777, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3154, as described in Staff Report EPW-25-010.
Council is requested to give final reading and adopt Officers Bylaw, 2011, No. 2777, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3154.
