SUBJECT: Membership Update
INFORMATION:
In June 2026, members Nathaniel Sukhdeo and Mark Seebaran resigned from the Advisory Planning Commission (APC).
At the direction of Council, staff will seek to fill these vacancies during the 2027 Annual Committee Recruitment cycle. Staff will inform the APC of new membership appointments upon the conclusion of this recruitment process in December 2026 or January 2027.
With the APC’s membership reduced from seven (7) to five (5) due to these resignations, quorum of the Commission is also reduced from four (4) members present to three (3) members present.
