SUBJECT: Adoption of Permissive Tax Exemptions (Non-Profit Organizations) Bylaw, 2026, No. 3194
INFORMATION:
At the Special meeting of Council on September 14, 2026 Council approved the following resolution:
“That Council give first, second and third readings to Permissive Tax Exemptions (Non-Profit Organizations) Bylaw, 2026, No. 3194.”
The purpose of this Bylaw is to establish permissive property tax exemptions for eligible organizations in accordance with the Community Charter.
Council is requested to give final reading and adopt Permissive Tax Exemptions (Non-Profit Organizations) Bylaw, 2026, No. 3194.
