SUBJECT:                      Membership Update

 

INFORMATION:

 

Per Council Policy ADMIN-40 Appointment Process - Advisory Committees, Commissions and Board of Variance, staff began the annual recruitment process in August 2025 by canvassing eligible members on their interest in seeking reappointment. The following table outlines the current Advisory Planning Commission (APC) membership.

At the close of recruitment, five new applications, excluding requests for re-appointment, were received for the APC. After appointments are made by Council, staff will provide an update to the Commission.

 

Staff would like to recognize Mike Nugent, who has served on the Commission since 2021. His generous contribution of time, expertise, and commitment has meaningfully enriched the Township and strengthened our shared community goals.
