SUBJECT:                      Adoption of Officers Bylaw, 2011, No. 2777, Amendment Bylaw, 2024, No. 3149

 

INFORMATION:

 

At the Regular meeting of Council on October 7, 2024, Council approved the following resolution:

 

“That Council give first, second, and third reading to Officers Bylaw, 2011, No. 2777, Amendment Bylaw, 2024, No. 3149”

 

to remove the one-year probationary period from the bylaw as probation length is now established by Council Policy PER-05 - Terms and Conditions of Employment for Officer, Manager and Exempt Employees.

 

Council is requested to give final reading and adopt Officers Bylaw, 2011, No. 2777, Amendment Bylaw, 2024, No. 3149.
