RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation
That Council gives first, second and third readings to the Building Code Bylaw, 2002, No. 2538, Amendment Bylaw [No. 8], 2016, No. 2870.

The Building Code Bylaw, 2002, No. 2583 at section 8.5 contains a section requiring the payment of the annual licensing fee. Additionally, Appendix "A" of the Building Code Bylaw contains the specific annual license fee amount. The proposed revision eliminates both of these parts of the Building Code Bylaw to bring it into agreement with the Zoning Bylaw amendments.
