SUBJECT:                      Rezoning Application - 958 Wollaston Street

 

INFORMATION:

 

Council gave first, second, and third reading to Zoning Bylaw, 1992, No. 2050, Amendment Bylaw, 2024, No. 3110 on February 26, 2024.  This amendment bylaw is for a change in zoning from RS-1 [Single-Family Residential] to a Comprehensive Development District [CD No. 163] to accommodate the proposed 4-unit multiple-family residential building.

 

Council is now requested to adopt Zoning Bylaw, 1992, No. 2050, Amendment Bylaw, 2024, No. 3110.
